EYEBROW PENCIL

Features

This pencil creates beautiful long lasting strokes. The pencil can create hair like
and blendable strokes. The pencil has an ideal application, not too hard and not
too creamy. It dry's with a very natural looking finish. Once applied the pencil is
smudge proof and long lasting.

Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Synthetic Japan Wax, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil,
Bismuth Oxychloride, Microcrystalline Wax, Paraffin, C18-38 Alkyl Hydroxystearoyl
Stearate, Glycol Montanate, Synthetic Wax, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol.
