A: You will recieve a link to download your online course manual immediately after you purchase the course. Practical demonstration videos will be sent within 24 hours, and you will be assigned your personal trainer. Following this you will book a 1 to 1 slot with your trainer for your theory recap and practical session.

Q. Can I get insurance while and after studying the course?
