Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a strict cancellation policy on all of our services.

​

 0% Fee if cancelled or rearranged with more than 48 hours notice

30% Fee if cancelled or rearranged within 48 hours of the appointment 

50% charged if a no-show 

 

Gift Vouchers

 

• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase. The gift voucher expiration date will be stated on them and cannot be used after that date.

• Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

• Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.

• Vouchers are set to a specific activity and no change will be given.

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons, or cards.

• Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent, then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the Vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We always reserve the right to refuse to permit any sale of Vouchers by you to a third party.

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment. If the voucher is forgotten then an alternative payment method must be used.

COVID-19 Coronavirus Update

• If your gift voucher is due to expire during the lock down period. We totally understand the situation and we will honour any gift voucher that expires during the period of time we were advised to stay at home. Please give us a call when we are operational again and we will honour your gift voucher and book you in when safe to do so.

 

Online Purchases

 

Delivery Information

 

Our aim is to package and post orders within 5 days of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. Order online anytime or call us to speak to one of our team members for more information.

 

We only deliver within the United Kingdom. Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail standard delivery.

Collect Instore Option

 

There is an option when you checkout for ‘Collect Instore’ to avoid postage costs. We will notify you when your item is ready to be collected. This must be collected within our opening hours.

Passing of Risk

​

The Buyer will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the order. The Seller will have no liability for undelivered parcels where the Buyer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the order from the delivery address specified following our reasonable efforts to contact you to deal with this.

Where goods have been received damaged, a full refund will be made if we are notified of the problem within 30 days of delivery by email. You will then be required to return the goods together with their original packaging to The Seller.

Defects

The Products shall be owned by you once we have received payment in full for the Products. The Buyer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. The Customer shall notify the seller by email if the goods are faulty or misdescribed and shall be entitled to a full refund, to get the product repaired or replaced, or to get some of their money back.

Returns

​

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Some health and personal care items are also non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

We require that you email BEEM Beauty & Training (beembeautytraining@hotmail.com) to notify intentions of returning goods, the reasoning behind it, and any supporting images.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund.

 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

 

Shipping

 

To return your product, simply drop into our salon or post your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Cancellations

​

Cancellations which are not due to a defect or discrepancy are only accepted if the Buyer complies with the following cancellation procedure and then follows the Returns Procedure.

Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, the Buyer must contact The Seller in via email and, following which, they must be returned to us within 14 days of you telling us you want to change your mind. The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items and free gifts received. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until their return to The Seller. The Seller will consider that the Buyer has not taken reasonable care if the goods have been used in a way or extent, exceeding what a customer would similarly examine the goods in a retail shop prior to purchase and will be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any such reduction in value due to your use. Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the Buyer’s returned products.

We will not accept returns or cancellations through messages on social media.

Changes

BEEM Beauty & Training reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to the terms will be effective when notice of such changes is posted.

Warranty

BEEM Beauty & Training has used utmost care to ensure and maintain the accuracy, completeness and currency of information published on this site. We, however, take no responsibility for any errors or omission, though if notified of any we will endeavour to rectify such.

Users of this web site are not to:
